Congratulations on managing to get RTK up and running. This page is being generated by an extremely basic CGI/FastCGI/SpeedyCGI/mod_perl application. The example program includes code and commentary which will hopefully allow you to get the basic features of this system running.

I've been doing some work to expand the Syntax highlighter system. So far I've posted a few bugs to rt.perl.org for the module authors to review. Right now the Syntax highlighter some what explains functions correctly but still needs a lot of work.
I've also added this basic news system to allow me to more easily update the front page. I'll drop the RTE app into the examples section in the near future
